Content Coordinator

MileStone Community Builders is looking to fill a new Content Coordinator position which will report to the VP of Strategic Marketing. Compelling videos, photos, copy, and social media are all critical components to how we inform homebuyers about our brand and what we offer. This employee will be tasked with organizing existing content and helping to create/implement new content that showcases MileStone’s communities and new homes to customers across multiple platforms. MileStone is looking to fill this position immediately.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop and edit website copy and blog entries - with priority on new communities 
  • Implement MileStone’s social media strategy and monitor success 
  • Assist in developing video production and media assets 
  • Participate in curating optimized images and other web media 
  • Understand MileStone’s media library inventory as it relates to home representation 
  • Coordinating and populating XML feeds on MyMileStone.com and New Home Feed 
  • Educate and assist Sales Counselors when needed Day-to-day management of 3rd-party resources 
  • Assist in managing marketing collateral, promotional material, landing pages, and print + web assets
  • Assist in asset management by helping curate and maintain our photo and video libraries (YouTube, Vimeo, Flickr, agency shared files, and shared server archives) 
  •  Assist MLS listing development and management - Editing, updating, fact-checking 
  • Assist with fact-checking outward-facing information 
  •  Assist with testing website behavior and UX reporting 

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Proficiency in writing, editing, gathering, and organizing information 
  • Working knowledge of all types of media including web, social, video, and multimedia 
  • Experience with Facebook and Instagram 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and InDesign 
  • Ability to demonstrate successful past experience with marketing project management or otherwise highly organizational and detail-oriented position 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills 
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Box, Microsoft Teams, etc. Self-starter with superlative follow-through ability
