Key Accountabilities:

  • Greet, welcome and maintain relationships with customers visiting our Experience Center.
  • Responsible for educating all Grove personnel on our product and brand.
  • Responsible for the working condition of all displays and electronic equipment.
  • Achieve expectations and goals while working independently.
  • Assist with any customer as needed.Identifies new business opportunities, and nurture existing business to exceed sales goals.
  • Provide daily recap reports through our CRM System, Lass.
  • Maintain effective and articulate communication to Associates, Management Teams & Customers.
  • Organization and hosting of in-center demos.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years customer service, preferably in a luxury brand.
  • The job is located at "The Grove" homes community located at 45th and Bull Creek in Central Austin.
  • Must have ability to work weekends.
  • College degree a plus
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills are essential.
  • High flexibility nd ability to adapt to different customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
