\nA.<\/strong> Yes, we are still building in our Williamson County communities (Wilson Trace<\/a>, Three Points<\/a>, Sauls Ranch<\/a>, Larkspur<\/a>, The Enclave at Leander Station<\/a>) and at The Grove<\/a>. In fact, we have more trades than ever in those locations due to the re-allocation of resources and other builders shutting down. \nA.<\/strong> Because of the limited supply of inventory in the Austin area (less than 2 months compared to 4-5 months in normal markets), we are seeing stable prices right now. Milestone is still selling and we have approximately 10 inventory homes available over the next 3 months. Virtual appointments are a great alternative if you prefer to stay home. We can show you floor plans, maps, virtual tours, etc., in real-time. We are also happy to walk through a specific home via FaceTime (or similar app).<\/p>\n
